Carla is a certified executive coach, facilitator and trainer who holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and numerous leadership and executive development programs. She has over 25 years of executive and leadership experience in the energy and financial sectors with a proven track record for resolving business issues and achieving positive bottom line results. Her background is in operations, customer relations, governance, strategic planning, marketing and human resources.
Carla has over 25 years of extensive volunteer Board of Director and committee experience with various non-profit organizations, most notably as Chair of the Woods Home Board of Directors. She is currently Past Chair at Woods Homes; Past President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, a Rotarian and a Stampede Alumni. She has held positions on executive committees, governance and nominating and strategic planning, with linkage to objectives, volunteer services, leadership reviews, board reviews, human resources, large donations, and fundraising.
