Kevin is an independent investor and entrepreneur. He retired in July 2009 after23 years of service with Boardwalk Rental Communities. Kevin held the title of Senior Vice-President of Rental Operations. Boardwalk is a publicly traded Real Estate Trust with a current market cap of over $4 Billion. During his tenure with Boardwalk he held various management, leasing, sales, financing, and acquisition responsibilities, including the operation and management of 36,500 multi-family residential units in 19 cities in five provinces. He served on the Board of Directors of Boardwalk from 1994 – 2004 spending a number of years on the audit committee.
Kevin graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and in 1998 received his Certified Property Management Designation. Kevin has been a licensed Realtor in Calgary for 22 years.
Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of the Wood’s Homes Foundation. Wood’s Homes serves the most troubled young people in Calgary and other communities. He also helps out at the Calgary Hospice.
Kevin is married with 3 children and his outside interests focus on family, fitness, education and philanthropy.
