Van is the Calgary Human Capital leader and the National HR transformation leader for Deloitte. Van focuses on HR transformation, service delivery and outsourcing. He brings more than 15 years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing strategic business solutions enabled by technology and outsourcing. Throughout his career, Van has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and FP 100 organizations in various industry sectors. Van has worked across industries helping organizations undergoing transformational change. This has included developing service delivery models based on a long term financial or organization goals using tools such as technology and outsourcing.
Van has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Laurentian University and regularly speaks at conferences as a learning facilitator on HR transformation.
