Anyone can call our Family Violence Helpline with questions about family violence and abuse.
Our programs are for anyone experiencing family violence. We help women, children, youth and men build lives free of abuse.
Abuse is any verbal or physical action used to control or harm someone else.
Family violence is abuse at the hands of someone close to you. This could be your partner, adult children, parent, in-law, friend, sister or brother.
