Hot Fox Fitness presents the 1st Annual Halloween Fitness Camp Howler
When: Friday, October 30th, 9 am (sign in is at 8:45 am)
Where: Athlete Factory, Bay 6 510 77 Ave SE
Donation: $15 or $20 per family
Attire: A Costume (minimum Black and Orange attire)
What you need to bring: A Pumpkin, Water, donation, & a Friend
Expect: Hair raising music and a great workout that will benefit the Calgary Womens Emergency Shelter
Prize for Best Costume and a 1 month Membership to Hot Fox fitness for individual donations of $50 or more
October 5, 2004 I lost my university rugby teammate, Kelly-Anne Drummond, to domestic violence. I will never forget that phone call. I was about to walk in to teach a conditioning class at the NDG YMCA in Montreal states Lynnell Ible, BSC, CSCS, President of Hot Fox Fitness, I was devastated! The goal of the Hot Fox Fitness program is to empower women to be the successful, happy and self loving inidividuals they deserve to be.
As we head into the holiday season making healthy choices is very important to how we feel about ourselves.10 lbs is what most people will gain between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve says Lynnell. The Halloween Fitness Camp Howler was created with the goal of motivating men and women to keep fitness in their lives this holiday season and to raise money for the Calgary Womens Emergency Shelter.
This workout will be made extra special with hair raising, evil sounding music tracks supplied by Workout Muse!
The Halloween Fitness Camp Howler will be held at Calgarys only Hybrid Gym, Athlete Factory, Bay 6, 510 77 ave SE. There will be prizes for best costume and Hot Fox Fitness will be giving away 1 month memberships ($200 value) for personal donations of at least $50.
