Violence among our youth is disturbing. Supporting teens to build healthy relationships today supports the adults of tomorrow to live violence-free.

The Healthy Relationships program is for youth experiencing family violence or who are experiencing family violence or who are using abusive behaviours. In 2008, the Healthy Relationships program served over 40 0 teens in 19 high schools throughout Calgary. The program provides prevention-based group counselling to youth aged 13 - 18 about issues such as violence/abuse, power and control, conflict in relationships, self-esteem, safety planning, healthy expression of feelings and choosing a life free of violence.
