Trained counsellors answer all calls 24-hours a day, every day of the year. We can answer questions, provide counselling or other support - in dozens of languages. Our services are confidential.

Not everyone who lives with abuse leaves the relationship. We’ll support you over the phone and/or in the community - we’re here when you need us.
